PROMOTION

To encourage participation in the downtown area by promoting the businesses, attractions, festivals and events in the district

ORGANIZATION

To involve all parts of the community in the many activities of the Main Street Program in order to foster growth and acceptance of a dependable, community-based agency with all of the people's interests at heart in order to improve downtown Cotulla

DESIGN

To improve the aesthetics of the downtown area, including public and private structures, landscaping (streetscaping) and general appearance in order to create a friendly business environment and attract tourists

ECONOMIC RESTRUCTURING

To encourage economic development by creating incentives, exploring grant opportunities, educating the public and encouraging both public and private investment: and fostering successful business start-ups

Main Street Board meetings are held the 2nd Monday of every month.
